Daniela has a degree in Psychology and completed her master’s degree in Psychology of Deviant Behavior and Justice at the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences of the University of Porto. Daniela started her professional career in 2014, as a telemarketing operator for NOS, where she was part of a sales team. Motivated by a change in professional life and interest in the area of ​​organizations, she had her first contact with the area of ​​Specialized Recruitment in 2017, at the company Spring Professional. As a 360º consultant, she was responsible for client and project management in areas such as: Commercial, Marketing, Engineering and Finance.
It brings value to her work team, through the tranquility and security that it transmits in situations of greater pressure. With an optimistic outlook on life and attentive to the needs of others, she is available to help others, organized and oriented towards action.
Daniela joined ARGO in 2019 and currently holds the position of Senior Consultant, with transversal responsibilities in Talent Attraction & Assessment projects.
