Filipa has a degree in Management and started her career in the Marketing Department at PT Multimédia. For 4 years she worked on Executive Search projects at Heidrick & Struggles, and joined the Jason Associates team in 2006. As Manager of the Executive Search area at Jason Associates, she was an Advisor in several talent selection and evaluation processes, also participating in Assessment projects. Throughout her professional experience, she managed and participated in projects to evaluate the potential of top managers, in the most diverse sectors of activity, of which we highlight: Retail, Banking, Pharma, Industry and FMCG.
Pragmatic and very frontal, Filipa is a real advisor, guaranteeing transparency and honesty in order to add value to the process.
Currently, she is Partner at ARGO, with responsibilities that include team and project management, client management and business development.
