Hugo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Work and Organizational Psychology from the Universidade Católica Portuguesa.
Driven by a strong interest in Talent Acquisition, combined with his academic background, he demonstrated from an early stage a natural ability to identify and develop talent, which quickly sparked his interest in Human Resources.
Throughout his professional experience, he has been involved in international recruitment and digital marketing projects, recruiting a wide range of candidate profiles across several European countries. This experience enabled him to develop a broad and inclusive understanding of the needs of international organizations, as well as strong interpersonal, communication, and strategic skills, always focused on creating a positive impact through people.
Outside the professional context, Hugo values personal development, reading, music, martial arts, and creativity, as well as spending quality time with those close to him, striving to maintain a healthy balance between his professional and personal life.
In 2026, he joined ARGO as a Consultant, taking on cross-functional responsibilities in Recruitment & Selection and Executive Search projects.
