Catarina holds a degree in Languages and Business Relations from the University of Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro, an academic background that provided her with an integrated perspective on human interactions and the impact of the human factor in a corporate context. It was this combination of skills that led her to direct her career toward the field of Human Resources, with a focus on Talent Acquisition.
With a strong passion for working with and for people, Catarina is known for her positive approach, collaborative mindset, and constant curiosity about the talent market. Since 2022, she has been directly engaged in the mission of attracting, identifying, and connecting talent with opportunities, both in consultancy environments and in in-house recruitment, supporting companies across multiple sectors.
In 2026, she joined the ARGO team as a Consultant, where she performs cross-functional roles in Talent Attraction and Assessment projects, contributing to strategic recruitment processes and distinctive candidate experiences. Her practice combines human sensitivity with analytical rigor, ensuring a rewarding experience for both organizations and candidates.
