Miguel has a degree in Psychology and a Masters in Social and Organizational Psychology from ISPA.
He began his career while studying, as a monitor in vacation camps, participated in a project to launch a beach bar and was a telemarketing operator for NOS/DECO. Experiences that marked him by the development of his creative spirit, responsibility, active listening, and assertive communication skills.
After college, he did an internship as a sports psychologist at Clube Desportivo Cova da Piedade, and over the course of a year he developed a passion not only for team sports, but for the desire to create relationships and implement solutions in the day-to-day lives of those around him.
It was this ability to find answers and solutions that led him to the world of organizations, building his thesis on the themes of commitment/turnover and the impact of employer brading.
He started his career in the context of IT Recruitment, in Next engineering, following processes from A-Z, where he strengthened a natural team spirit and a taste for finding "the right person".
Miguel is a person of connections, he feels good in the environment of listening and telling stories, preferably at a table with family/friends. He likes to visit new places, which demonstrates his curiosity and spirit of adventure.
His main hobbies are sports and aquatics (fish) where he is responsible for the well-being and good practices of a diverse and inclusive community.
Miguel joined the Argo Partners navigation, where he works as a Consultant, with transversal responsibilities in Talent Attraction & Assessment projects.
