Maria holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from ISPA and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from EAE Business School in Barcelona. Throughout her academic journey, she developed a particular interest in human behavior, organizational development and strategic people management, complementing her education with international experience at the University of Seville through the Erasmus programme.
Professionally, she began her career in recruitment and selection, developing skills in talent identification and attraction, recruitment process management and candidate experience. These experiences allowed her to deepen her interest in people management and the strategic role of Human Resources within organizations.
She is particularly interested in the impact of artificial intelligence on the workplace, a topic she explored in her master’s dissertation, which focused on the relationship between AI use and employee well-being.
Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, discovering new cultures, participating in volunteering initiatives and surfing, a sport in which she was named Athlete of the Year on two occasions.
Maria joins the ARGO team in 2026, taking on the role of Consultant, where she develops cross-functional responsibilities in Recruitment and Selection and Executive Search projects.
