Miguel holds a degree in Psychology, with a specialization in Social and Organizational Psychology, from the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences at the University of Lisbon. Early in his career, he realized he wanted to build his professional path in Human Resources Consulting. He began his career at FORMAJUDA, where he gained experience in training, recruitment and selection, and competency development projects. He later joined Grupo Valor Humano as a Senior Consultant, further strengthening his expertise in Recruitment & Selection, Assessment, Training, and Organizational Development.
With more than 20 years of professional experience, Miguel has developed and led projects in partnership with organizations across a wide range of industries, both in Portugal and internationally. In 2004, he joined RAY BBDM, part of the Odgers Group, as a Director, where he was responsible for business development, team leadership, and the delivery of Executive Search, Recruitment & Selection, Assessment Centers, Training, and Organizational Development projects.
Outside of work, Miguel is passionate about music and sports. He enjoys spending his free time with his family and traveling. He is committed to building relationships based on trust, believing that every interaction is an opportunity to learn while also sharing the knowledge and experience he has gained throughout his career.
In 2026, Miguel joined ARGO as a Manager, taking on cross-functional responsibilities across the Executive Search and Talent Advisory practices.
