Diogo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from ISPA–IU, where he is currently completing the final year of his Master’s in Social and Organizational Psychology. His academic choice reflects a characteristic he identified early on: a genuine passion for working with people, and the curiosity to understand, empower, and collaborate with different personalities.
His first professional experience stood out for its dynamism and exposure, as he took on the role of Social Media Manager for João Noronha Lopes in his candidacy for the presidency of Sport Lisboa e Benfica. This challenge allowed him to develop skills related to communication, management in contexts of high demand, visibility, and teamwork.
In his free time, Diogo’s life is marked by a strong connection to community involvement and sports, areas he has explored over the years, both as a participant, and as an attentive spectator. For him, these experiences are his way of developing team spirit and adaptability, which he applies in his professional life.
He joins the ARGO team in 2026, taking on the role of Consultant, where he develops cross-functional responsibilities in Recruitment and Selection and Executive Search projects (IEFP internship).
