Madalena has a degree in Political Science and International Relations from the Portuguese Catholic University of Lisbon and is currently finishing her Master's in Human Resources Management and Organizational Consulting at ISCTE. Since 2016, in conjunction with her studies, she has been working in a dance school and a secondary school, as a Ballet teacher for children, a sport she has practiced since she was a little girl. In 2021 she joined the board of Pegadas, a Social Solidarity Association that actively contributes to the education of children from social neighborhoods in the Cascais area. At the same time, she did a two-year internship in the Human Resources area of Santander Bank and FLAD - Luso American Foundation for Development. In May 2022 she starts an opportunity at ARGO to consolidate knowledge and learn, but mainly because she feels identified with the values and people who work here! Family and friends, ballet and social volunteering are her greatest passions.
