Nuno Paiva
Nuno has a Post Graduation in Management from NOVA SBE, a Masters in Social and Organizational Psychology from ISCTE-IUL and Clinical Psychology from ISMT. After two years of experience in the clinical area, where he dealt with issues such as drug addiction, domestic violence and schizophrenia, he searched new challenges in the organizational world, having joined Jason Talent Attraction team in 2017, first as a trainee and later as a Consultant.
Outgoing and with a constant concern to create a good atmosphere in the team, the sense of humor is something that stands out in his profile. Thanks to his people orientation, he was involved throughout his life in various volunteer activities, sports and youth associations.
Dynamic, analytical, with a critical sense and orientation towards action, he looks for different solutions and gives the team agility in responding to each challenge.

What was the most curious thing you have seen until today?
The most curious thing is hard to name. However, I can think of a very curious example that impressed me to this day, by its constant changing and paradoxical opposition between simplicity and complexity: “Condensation Cube” by Hans Haacke.

How would you like to see the world in 10 years?
From a fictional stand point I would like to see the world from a moon station or a space ship. Realistically I would like to see a more sustainable, more tolerant, less aged world, with a bigger focus on people and quality of life.

A trait you enjoy in other people?
Good mood, curiosity, drive and personal growth. I am very happy when I see people that are close to me making good changes in their lives.

"The Old Man and the Sea", by Hemingway. It illustrates effort, resilience, overcoming and worth.

I will have to say Coimbra – because from that city “I will bring with me for a life time”
