Currently with offices in Lisbon and Porto and a team of 18 people, Argo Partners has  been consolidating its presence in the domestic market, developing partnership relationships with the main companies in each sector in the areas of Executive Search,  TalentAssessment,  Market Intelligence  and Talent Acquisition Strategy.
 
Since January 2021, Argo Partners has joined IMSA Search, a global network of independent Executive Search and Talent Advisory companies. Founded in 1991 in Switzerland, this global network currently has 49 offices in 24 countries and aims to share knowledge, tools and business synergies between companies that share similar values and a vision of the Talent Advisory area based on local expertise and team stability, business sustainability, ethics and innovation (https://www.imsa-search.com/global-offices/imsa-portugal/).
 
At a time when borders were blurring, when there are more and more Portuguese companies growing in international markets and international companies establishing operations in Portugal, we considered it important to take this step. This integration into an international network will allow us to have greater reach in cross border projects,access to benchmarking and global tools in this area, such as IMSA Barons.AI, a global database of Senior Executives based on Artificial Intelligence.
We have had several approaches in the past from other international networks, but IMSA allows us to have the international exposure that we consider important and maintain aspects that we value so much, such as our identity, independence and flexibility to be able to adapt to the reality of each client we work with.
Quality standards and the creation of relationships of proximity and continuity are aspects that we do not give up so that our customers have the teams they need to achieve their goals.
